HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician - Moab Branch

Redd Mechanical is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We proudly serve our communities by providing quality heating, cooling, and refrigeration services, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and values excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups

  • Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment

  • Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers

  • Complete service documentation and work orders accurately

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and work area

  • Work safely while representing Redd Mechanical with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in HVAC service and repair preferred

  • EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Pay

  • Starting at $28 per hour, with higher pay based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

  • Full-time | Monday-Friday with occasional overtime and on-call roation as needed
