WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial plumbing issues

Perform installations, maintenance, and service on pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems

Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner

Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions

Complete accurate work orders and service documentation

Ensure all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards

Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience as a service plumber

Valid plumbing license (as required by state) preferred

Redd Mechanical is seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Moab, Utah location. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, build strong teams, and keep operations running efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional work culture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Moab branch

Lead, support, and develop office and field staff

Ensure high-quality customer service and resolution of issues

Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability goals

Work closely with technicians, service managers, and leadership

Support hiring, training, and performance management

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and industry regulations

Drive growth, efficiency, and overall branch success

Redd Mechanical is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Receptionist to join our team at our Blanding, Utah branch. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers while supporting a fast-paced service team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
