Redd Mechanical is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Operations Manager to join our team covering our Moab and Blanding branches. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and can keep service operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations of the service department

Manage and support plumbing service technicians and office coordination

Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently

Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and at a high-quality standard

Handle customer communication and resolve service issues as needed

Track job progress, profitability, and performance metrics

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and plumbing codes
What We're Looking For

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or skilled trades service management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or job costing is a plus

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
